To produce our hospitality industry kitchens and interior construction We have modern machinery. We use the latest CNC techniques for this. In addition to the work of machines, a lot is still done by hand, such as welding, grinding and assembly. This work is carried out by our specialists, resulting in high quality.

ACTIVITIES
LASER CUTTING
The production process starts with the laser cutter. Here the sheet metal is cut to size with extreme precision, in all conceivable shapes and contours.

PRESS BRAKE
The press brake is used for bending (also known as setting or bending) all stainless steel sheet metal.
It is a technique to make a 3D product from a flat stainless steel plate. In this way, for example, a sheet is provided with the necessary profiles.

WELDING
Many kilometers are welded in our factory every year, for example we weld tops, frames, etagères and shelves.

SHARPEN
Grinding is a technique in which the surface of the material is finished with a grit.

SAWS
We have CNC-controlled sawing machines for stainless steel pipe and a woodworking station.
The CNC sawing machine ensures that the stainless steel tubes are automatically cut to the correct length. The woodworking station ensures the accurate cutting of all wood products we work with.

GLUING THE SHEETS UNDERGLUE
The stainless steel sheets are glued under with waterproof material (with FSC quality mark) and provided with a water-repellent, fungicidal water-based coating.

PRESS
When water-resistant material has been glued under the stainless steel product, it is placed under the high-pressure press.
The materials are pressed together under high pressure with a strong adhesive. This ensures good adhesion of the materials.

AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING
An edge banding machine is for the automatic gluing and finishing of many types of edge band. With edging tape, the ends of sheet material are finished in an attractive, impact-resistant and professional manner. This includes carcass finishing of cabinets and finishing of front cladding panels.
EDIT
When all semi-finished products are ready, they are assembled into the end product during assembly. Supplies such as built-in appliances, refrigerated workbenches and warming drawers are also built in or welded in.
The end product is checked for size and execution. The last step is to prepare for shipment. If desired, we can arrange transport or assembly.
