TAKE A LOOK AT OUR KITCHEN!
OUR LARGE KITCHEN PRODUCTION
To produce our hospitality industry kitchens and interior construction We have modern machinery. We use the latest CNC techniques for this. In addition to the work of machines, a lot is still done by hand, such as welding, grinding and assembly. This work is carried out by our specialists, resulting in high quality.
We can do different in our factory materials such as stainless steel, full core, wood, glass or composite and combine them to give your products a unique look.
The laser cutter makes it possible to remove as many parts as possible from a plate. This ensures efficient use of materials and less waste.
It is a technique to make a 3D product from a flat stainless steel plate. In this way, for example, a sheet is provided with the necessary profiles.
Welded joints are used to create a seamless connection between two materials. For example, the seamless insertion of a sink or the welding of different countertops.
During grinding, the weld seams are processed in such a way that they regain the (brushed) finish of the welded material. As a result, the welded material is connected 'seamlessly'.
The CNC sawing machine ensures that the stainless steel tubes are automatically cut to the correct length. The woodworking station ensures the accurate cutting of all wood products we work with.
GLUING THE SHEETS UNDERGLUE
The undergluing provides sound damping and stability as well as mounting options for the underglued material.
The materials are pressed together under high pressure with a strong adhesive. This ensures good adhesion of the materials.
AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING
The end product is checked for size and execution. The last step is to prepare for shipment. If desired, we can arrange transport or assembly.
